We realize this list does not cover every question, but we hope it answers some of the most common ones!

What are the event dates?
March 6-11, 2024. (If you’re looking for all the important deadlines, scroll down, they’re listed below.)

How do I purchase a ticket?
Potential attendees must first complete our Registration Form. Only selected registrants will receive personalized ticket links to their emails. Registration does not guarantee the ability to purchase a ticket. Ticket emails will begin to be released on January 1, 2024.

How does camping work?
This is not a “first come, first serve” event in regards to where you set up your tent. Every attendee must be a part of a camp, and each camp is assigned to a particular site at the campground. You must camp in your assigned location.

How do I become a part of a camp?
Talk to your friends! There are many camps that return to our event year after year, but we also highly encourage the creation of new camps. Figure out who you’d like to set up with, give your camp an official name, pick out one person as Camp Lead, and boom - you have a camp! If your camp is created after you have registered, your Camp Lead will need to reach out to us to let us know the names of all the people in your camp.

Anyone who has not specified a camp by the placement deadline will automatically be placed in Orphan Camp. (It’s a great place to make new friends for a new camp next year!)

What is the difference between a regular camp and a Theme Camp?
Theme Camps are specifically camps that intend to add a little something extra to the event. We encourage you to get creative and can’t wait to see what you come up with. Theme Camp registration can be found HERE.

Can I do something for the event without being part of a Theme Camp?
OF course! If you’d like to host a workshop (or whatever you may have in mind) we are here for it! Email us with a description of your idea and what day/time you ideally would like to host it.

Will there be food, ice, etc available for purchase on-site?
No. Please make sure to pack everything you’re going to need - there is no re-entry if you decide to leave the event.

What about my trash?
Whatever you bring into the canyon, you need to bring OUT of the canyon. This is a leave-no-trace event.

Is the location difficult to get to? Can my car make it?
The location is rugged and remote, and we recommend high-clearance or 4WD vehicles. If your car is unable to handle the terrain you will be putting both your vehicle and your riders at risk. You will not have phone service, and even if you did this is not the type of place where you can call a tow.

There will be a rideshare spreadsheet provided to help you coordinate your transportation with other attendees.

Are there showers or toilets?
Yes, there are a limited number of showers and flushing toilets. There are primitive toilets available as well. Waste bins will be provided for the toilet paper - do not throw paper into the toilets.

Will there be power available?
Nope, this is not that sort of campground.
